VESSEL WAS RUNNING THE #2 COMPRESSOR TO COOL DOWN CARGO TANKS AND PIPING. WHILE INSPECTING THE COMPRESSOR ROOM, PSCO OBSERVED A VALVE LEAKING LIQUID CARGO FROM THE #2 COMPRESSOR. VALVE SERVED THE SYSTEM FROM COMPRESOR TO HOT GAS RETURN. VALVE #V220. TEST VALVE TO THE SATISFACTION OF CLASS BEFORE USING #2 COMPRESSOR. 74 SOLAS(14) VII/13.1 IGC (93) 5.5.4
