0725 Fire-extinguishing appliances shall be readily available. Vsl’s fixed firefighting instructions states for manual release pull the ring on one side of the CO2 cylinders to release CO2. Safety pins are installed in cylinders making the system impossible to be activated IAW instructions & the blank at the end of the remote pneumatic actuation line was less than hand tight rendering it inop.
