The ships as built drawings do not match the manufactures system installation drawings. The vessel has a MEPC107 installed, however installation does not meet requirement to re-circulate oily water back to bilge tank. Instead it sends oily water to sludge tank.

Every ship shall be provided with a main steering gear and an auxiliary steering gear to the satisfaction of the Administration. The vessel steering pump no.2 was reported inoperable. Class Report attesting to the proper operation of steering gear must be received, reviewed and accepted by our office prior vessel's departure from port.
