At all times during voyage, all life-saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. Vessel reported to U.S. Coast Guard that rescue boat davit is unable to operate under normal conditions. Vessel has alternative means of launching rescue boat in an emergency situation. USCG is requiring a class report attesting to repairs prior to next U.S. port after sailing foreign.
