The vessel experienced loss of propulsion during offshore transit to Tioga Terminal. Vessel is to proceed to breakwater Anchorage and provide the following:

Resolution: Recieved and reviewed BV class report stating that the loss of propulsion was due to a broken o-ring in the fuel oil system. O-ring was replaced and ahead and astern capabilities tested satisfactorily.
