Inlet pipe for wash down pump has broken handle on valve. Socket wrench is in place to actuate valve. Repair/replace valve to satisfaction of Marine Inspector prior to credit drydock. Until repaired, socket wrench is required to be next to valve while operating.

At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification of a vessel, the owner or managing operator shall be prepared to conduct tests and have the vessel ready for inspections of the hull structure and its appurtenances. Vessel's deck is delaminating from hull in several areas, specifically around drainage openings. This condition has allowed water to penetrate into the fuel tank/steering compartment and caused rot/more delamination. Make repairs to satisfaction of Marine Inspector prior to credit drydock. Provide repair proposal prior to starting work.
