Resolved 25 October 2021
Resolution: Conducted deficiency check during exam. Chief Engineer provided maintenance logs dated May 18, 2020 that documented repairs to the M/E fuel injectors. Verified Class attendance during vessel's drydock exam in July 2020 with no conditions of Class issued.
