1499- Other (Prop. Aux. Machinery)- Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO Observed excesive FO leaks IWO purifier flat DO pump, and connected puping with leaking flanges and oil soaked lagging. Additionally found numerous oil soaked rags stuffed unter flat and around flanges presenting an excesive fire risk. SOLAS 74a (2014) II-2/4.1.1 17a
