Barge suffered damage to their starboard bow void when transiting into the Markland L/D during downbound passage. Barge is loaded with asphalt. Barge is to proceed to Brightstar in Chattanooga, TN to offload cargo then proceed to repair facility Catlettsburg, KY for permanent repairs. No additional loading of cargo is authorized until permanent repairs have been accepted by attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.
