Where cargo pump shafts pierce gas-tight bulkheads, stuffing boxes with readily accessible gas-tight glands shall be provided. Gaskets around PTO penetration through starboard forward bulkhead of cargo pump prime mover house is not gas-tight. Crew applied caulking to seal the shaft penetration as a temporary repair.

Vessel reported they will be drydocking in Brooklyn after completing Hull cleaning in Colonna's Shipyard. Vessel will not start ISE prior to due date of 29 Feb 2020. Vessel shall not carry cargo beyond 29 Feb 2020 until ISE is completed to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
