Firefighters outfits shall comply with the fire systems code, personal equipment shall consist of the following: protective clothing of material to protect the skin from heat radiating from the fire and from burns and scalding by steam. The outer surface shall be water resistant. While conducting a fire drill at the direction of the PSCO, 01 fire suit's foil tore.
