Vessel does not have the correct number of visual distress signals. Upon inspection, only three day signals (smoke) were carried onboard. Vessel needs three night signals to meet minimum requirements.

Upon inspection it was found that no records were being kept for steering gear, signaling whistle, propulsion control, towing gear, navigation lights, nav equipment, and communications system tests.
