The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board.
Provide a causal analysis identifying the source of water ingress into the bilge holding tank and the cause of flooding into the engine room bilge. Submit a Class-approved repair and salvage plan addressing all defects identified to be reviewed by USCG. Provide Class findings, any Conditions of Class imposed, and Flag/Class verification that repairs are satisfactory prior to movement or as otherwise approved.
