For this purpose, the following functional requirements shall be met: means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed multiple areas of accumulated and standing oil on and around the main engine. Crew previously placed cardboard sheets to deflect spraying oil into the bilge. Cardboard was oil soaked at time of inspection. Chief engineer stated one oil leak was in vicinity of crankshaft seal. 74SOLAS(04) II-2/4.1.1 - 30AC
