The following fire protection systems shall be kept in good working order so as to ensure their required performance if fire occurs: structural fire protection, including fire resisting divisions, and protection of openings and penetrations in these divisions. Starboard Engine supply fan damper louvers fail M5, fail to close completely. Louvers remained at 4 inch opening between each bladed thought the outer mechanism indicated closed.

The door from the stairtower to the starboard engine control room did not self close to the full closed position. Adjust door so it fully self closes.
