All machinery and equipment must be installed and maintained in such a manner as to afford adequate protection from causing fire, explosion, machinery failure, and personnel injury. Fuel tank has isolated pitting that exceeds 50% wastage on tank top. Make permanent repairs to current fuel tank or provide new fuel tank.
Repair proposal submitted for temporary repair. Proposal is to mechanically clean tank, fill pits with epoxy, and coat top of tank with epoxy until new tank can be constructed. Proposal accepted. Temporary repair is authorized until 1 April 2026.
