All lifesaving appliances shall comply with the appropriate requirements of the code. Alifeboat with a self contained air support system shall provide air in the lifeboat remain of not less than 10min. Air supply was not holding pressure.

All lifeboats shall be properly constructed and shall be constructed and have ample stability in a seaway and capable of maintain positive stability. Lifeboathatch gasket is poor condition and falling off the lifeboat hatch.
