On all ships, within the machinery spaces, emergency escape breathing devices shall be situated ready for use at easily visible places, which can be reached quickly and easily at any time in the event of fire. PSCO found EEBD near engine control room completely empty.
14108 - THE 15 PPM BILGE ALARM SHOULD RECORD DATE, TIME AND ALARM STATUS, AND OPERATIONAL STATUS OS THE BILGE WATER SEPARATOR. ENGINEERING PERSONNEL WERE UNABLE TO SHOW PSC’S THE HISTORICAL TIME. ALARM STATUS AND OPERATIONAL STATUS OF THE BILGE WATER SEPARATOR.
