Ships shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with the structural, mechanical and electrical requirements of a classification society which is recognized by the flag Administration. Vessels starboard side hull plating noted lightly indented and fractured in way of starboard fuel oil settling tank in shear strake over an area of 60x60mm at frame 114 up to 25mm in depth. Additionally, two (2) small indents from 0 to 20mm with no associated steel fracturing. This damage area is approximately 2500mm above current draft condition. SOLAS 74 (amended) II-1/3-1
