0610-Lifeboats-Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all life saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. The rudder on the life boat was unable to be moved from port to starboard during the lifeboat iexam. The crew was able to fix the rudder during the PSC exam. 74SOLAS14 III/20.2
