Resolution: Ships crew received proper testing procedures from sister ship and had proper adapter for gas sampling system. PSCO observed vessel crew conduct gas sampling test.

Resolution: Vessel crew updated card in ESD system to properly operate CL001. Crew conducted testing of ESD after updating and reviewing ESD system and tested at 22s. PSCO witnessed proper operation.
