The Oil Record Book Part II shall be completed on each occation on a tank to tank basis if appropriate whenever any of the the following cargo/ballast operations take place in the ship: discharges of water from slop tanks. PSCO observed 04 entries in the ORB Part II on 23NOV2023, 25JAN2024, 09FEB2024, 16MAR2024 where discharge rates were far lower in ODME recordings. Total difference of approximitly 674m³. Current equipment on board appears fully operational. MARPOL Annex I / 36.2.7 10c

Resolution: Recieved class report stating that the gas detection system has a tolerance of +/-1%. System is operating within parameters.

0120-The International Load Line Certificate shall not be delivered to the ship until the officer or surveyor acting under the provisions of article 13 of the Convention has certified that the marks are correctly and permanently indicated on the ship's sides. There are two separate load lines on the vessel's port side, which is different than the ILLC. ICLL(88) Reg 9.
