Each ring life buoy must be marked with Type II retroreflective material approved in accordance with 46 CFR 164.018. The arrangement of the retroreflective material applied must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16).
Ring buoy is missing the 4 retroreflective strips on each side.

A vessel not required to have a power driven fire pump must have atleast three 2.5 gallon fire buckets with attached lanyard placed so as to be easily available during and emergency. the words "FIRE BUCKET" must be stenciled in contrasting color. Marine inspector observed two fire buckets missing.

Twist-on type wire nuts were discovered being used on the main circuit breaker in a non-compliant manner. Twist-on type connectors may not be used for making joints in cables, facilitating a conductor splice, or extending the length of a circuit. Provide photographic proof that existing twist-on type connectors have been removed and wiring has been restored to a condition in compliance with 46 CFR 183.340.

Vessel must undergo a drydock examination and internal structural examination at least once every two years. Subject vessel hull exams are due 30APR21. Vessel is restricted from operating after 30APR21 until hull exams are conducted to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspectors.
