The condition of the ship anbd its equipment should be maintained to conform with the provisions of the Code.
The fixed gas detection system did not sound the low flow alarm after blocking the sampling point located in the dry chemical room.

In every installation, the position of fixed gas sampling heads should be determined with due regard to the density of the vapors of the products intended to be carried. PSCO observed no top sampling point in the Fire Equipment Deck Store Room for the detection of ethylene gases.

In the Fire Equipment Deck Storage space, PSCO observed no means for the vessel to test for Ammonia vapors.
