Repairs or alterations to the hull that affect the safety of the vessel must not be made without approval of the cognizant OCMI. Vessel grounded on the jetty in way of the Plum Island while docking. Vessel mgt. contracted a dive survey to conduct an underwater inspection. Underwater inspection revealed damage to both port propellers and minor srapes to the hull. Vessel is authorized to transit to Fairhaven Shipyard to haul out and make nessasary repairs with no passengers aboard. Vessel to complete Coast Guard underwater inspection to verify no hull or damage prior to retuning to service.
