1710 - Oil Record Book - PSCO discovered that the required ORB entries recording the OWS operations conducted on 26SEP2016 and 05SEP2016 showed start/stop times that did not match the recorded data history, and the recorded total discharge amounts exceeded the maximum throughput of the OWS system by 1.8m3 and 1.75m3, respectively, during the actual start/stop times. Resolution: Received class report from NKK stating that the outstanding deficiency had been rectified. The class report/ proper documentation stated: ORB was reviewed w/ C/E & mistake on his behalf was acknowledged. Master of vessel submitted a CAR.
