Resolution: As per [name withheld] & Master's Statement dated 2022-06-29, supported by videos, the clogged filter was cleaned, spark plug & fuel line replaced and the outboard engine successfully tested and confirmed in good working order.
The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present Convention to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without presenting an unreasonable threat of harm to the marine environment. PSCO was notified that the 15ppm Oily Water Separator was inoperable and spare parts were ordered. Spare parts were delivered and repairs were made while USCG was on board. Oily Water Separator was operationally tested to the satisfaction of the USCG.
