A main source of electrical power of sufficient capacity to supply all those services mentioned in regulation 40.1.1 shall be provided. This main source of electrical power shall consist of at least two generating sets. PSCO received report that vessel suffered blackout on 30 March 2026. Upon arrival to vessel captain stated generators #1 and #3 experienced low frequency alarms and caused blackout. A root cause analysis is required to be submitted to our office for review. 74 SOLAS (24) II-1 41.1.1

Vessel reported to Sector Maryland that while opening the aft cargo door, a hydraulic hose ruptured rendering the cargo door in-operable. 74 SOLAS (2020) CH I/REG 11(a)
