Issued 11 August 2016 Resolved
0715-A fixed fire detection and fire alarm system shall be installed in: periodically unattended machinery spaces; and machinery spaces. Master indicated on ANOA fire detection for eng. room was inoperable. PSCO observed fault on main fire panel for engine room. Master provided proof of notification to class and flag via SMS with technician ordered. SOLAS 74a (09) II-2/7.4.1.1.2 16c

Resolved 17 August 2016
Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted proper documentation from technichan stating the deficiency was rectified. Technician from Hiler fire equipment replaced fault circuit board.
