PSCO attended vessel after report of propultion irregularity due to a high temperature on main diesel J/W system, due to suction loss on salt water system. 74 SOLAS 20 II-1/26.3.6

Resolution: recieved class report from Nippon Kaiji Kyokai. NKK verified causes for high j/w temperature and propultion loss. NKK considered cause resolved.
