PSCO identified corridors in bulkhead deck in which photoluminescent indicator was missing. SOLAS 20 II-2/13.3.2.5.1

Double leaf equipped with a latch necessary for their fire integrity shall have a latch that is automatically activated by the operation of doors when released by the system. The closure of a hinged fire door shall be no more than 40 seconds. FSD 4.2.01 closed greater than 40 seconds. FSD 3.2.20, 0.5.11, and 0.5.1.16 sequencing was off not allowing to latch. 74 SOLAS (20) II/2 9.4.1.1.5
