All access openings in bulkheads at ends of enclosed superstructers shall be fitted with doors of steel or other equivalent material, permanently and strongly attached to the bulkhead. One door and the B deck port side became detached. Four additional doors have screws with evidence of wastage. ICLL 66 Annex I Ch. II Reg 12 (1)
