The owner and master of the vessel was unable to produce any records for 2021 that recorded drills instruction and training for the crew. Conduct all emergency drills, training and instruction with the crew and record the date of the training/drills and a general description of the drill scenario and training topics to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine inspector by February 10, 2022.
