46 CFR 180.70 (d) A vessel must carry one floating waterlight, unless it is limited to daytime operation, in which case no floating waterlight is required.

46 CFR 67.7 Any vessel of at least five net tons which engages in the fisheries on the navigable waters of the United States or in the Exclusive Economic Zone, or coastwise trade, unless exempt under § 67.9(c), must have a Certificate of Documentation bearing a valid endorsement appropriate for the activity in which engaged.

Licensees of radio stations are required to have current station documents including the Communications Act Safety Radio Certificate to demonstrate compliance with 47 CFR 80.401. The vessel's Communication Act Safety Radio Certificate expired on January 3, 2022. Provide a new and current Communications Act Safety Radio Certificate to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine inspector by February 10, 2022.

On a small passenger vessel, at least 50 percent of the crew must produce certification of current basic first aid training and CPR certification. The owner was unable to produce any first aid/CPR records that were currently within date. Provide basic first aid and CPR certification for at least 50% of the crew and provide current certification to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine inspector by February 10, 2022.

The master shall conduct sufficient drills and give sufficient instructions to make sure that all crew members are familiar with their duties during emergencies to ensure each crew member is familiar with his or her duties in case of a fire, abandon ship and recovery of persons that have fallen overboard in accordance with 46 CFR 185.520 and 46 CFR 185.524. The owner and master of the vessel was unable to produce any records for 2021 that recorded drills instruction and training for the crew. Conduct all emergency drills, training and instruction with the crew and record the date of the training/drills and a general description of the drill scenario and training topics to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine inspector by February 10, 2022.

Apply for and provide onboard a Certificate of Documentation with a Coastwise Trade Endorsement. Vessel is measured at 5 net tons and is required by regulation to obtain a Certificate of Documentation in accordance with 46 CFR 67.7

Properly install a bonding strap (conductor)from each end of the metallic sections where flexible hose is used on the fuel fill on both fuel tanks for protection of static charge when filling the vessel with fuel in accordance with 46 CFR 182.455(d)
