Fire protection systems and firefighting systems and appliances shall be maintained ready for use. PSCO observed rubber on half of the CO2 hoses in the CO2 room that were deteriorated. Maintenance records show that the hoses are over ten years old and were recommended for replacement back in 12DEC2025. 74 SOLAS (2020) II-2 / 14.2.1.2

Resolution: Receieved class report attesting to completed repairs. PSCO observed repairs to the IGG were completed with no evidence of fuel oil leakage observed. The IGG was tested satisfactorily.
