The last 1.0 meter (3.3 feet) of the vapor piping upstream of the vessel vapor collection and each end of a vapor hose must be - (1) painted in sequence of RED/YELLOW/RED. The width of the bands must be 0.1 Meter and the width of the middle band must be 0.8 Meter and (2) Labeled with the word "VAPOR" painted in black letters at least 50.8 Milimeters (2 inches) high. Vapor lines were missing required paint as specified by the regulations. 16C 46CFR39.2001(h)

When the pump is delivering the quantity of water required by paragraph 2.2.1.1, the pressure at any hydrant shall not be less than the minimum pressure required by Chapter II/2 of the convention. The pressure observed from the emergency fire pump was inadequate.
