Where the emergency source of electrical power is a generator, it shall be started automatically upon failure of the electrical supply from the main source of electrical power and shall be automatically connected to the emergency siwtch board, subject to a maximum delya of 45 seconds. The automatic circuit breaker does not supply power to the emergency busy as designed.

Each vessel vapor connection flange face must have a permanent stud projecting outward that has a 0.5 in diameter and is at least 1 in long. The studs were not permanently afixed.
