Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from CSS stating the deficiency was rectified. Sat repair, op tested with no leaks.
14799- (Anti Fouling)- The master, owner, operator or person in charge of any vessel equipped with ballast water tanks that operate in the waters of the United States must remove fouling organisms from the vessels hull on a regular basis and dispose of any removed substances in acoordance with local, state and federal regulations. PSCO observed excessive growth of fouling organisms on both port and starboard side of the vessel's hull, as well as on the stern. Provide documentation from certificate issuing authority attesting to the removal of bio-fouling organisms. 33cfr151.2050 (f) 40a
