All vessels must undergo an inspection for certification as specified in 176.404 and annual inspection as specified in paragraph (b)(1) (b)(1)-Annual inspection, Your vessel must undergo an annual inspection within the 3 months before or after each anniversary date. 16NOV2021 was AMELIA K's issued date of its COI. The annual drop dead date was 16FEB2022. The vessel has been out of compliance for over a year and will need to complete a COI Renewal inspection. The vessel shall carry passengers until an inspection is complete to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector.
