Hot water is not available in any spaces onboard. Cite: PWSA 46 USC 70002 to enforce standards from ILO-147, Crew Accomodation/Sanitary Facilities 21(c). Issue was deemed to be a potentially serious threat to crew health and inability to maintain sanitary living conditions without hot water. Action: 17ac
