07102 - Inert gas systems - For tankers of 20,000 tonnes deadwight and upwards, the protection of the cargo tanks shall be achieved by a fixed inert gas system in accordance of the Fire Safety Systems Code. At least two blowers shall be fitted and be capable of delivering to the cargo tanks at least the volume of gas required by paragraphs 2.2.1.3. The #2 IGS blower isolation valve was found leaking and will not fully close. - 74 SOLAS (14) II-2/4.5.5.1.1 & FSS Code 15.2.2.3.1
