A secondary infrared sensor is installed within the gas detection cabinet is working properly. Each cargo tank with a volume exceeding 20 m3 should be fitted with at least two pressure relief valves...in the case of cargo tanks permitted to have more than one relief valve setting this may be accomplished by: installing two or more properly set and sealed valves...The auxiliary MARV seal (PSV-1268-01) on the starboard deck tank was found broken. Deck tank has secondary auxiliary MARV (18.2 bar g) with proper seal. 74 SOLAS (2020) VII/13.1, IGC Code 8.2.6.1
