A main source of electrical power of sufficient capacity to supply all those services mentioned in regulation 40.1.1 shall be provided. This main source of electrical power shall consist of at least two generating sets. PSCO observed number two generator not able to operate due to crankcase explosion. PSCO also observed number three generator was not operational due to a overhaul in progress where the internal components of the prime mover were removed from the prime movers block.
