Each operation described in paragraph 2 of this regulation shall be fully recorded without delay in the Oil record Book Part I, so that all entries in the book appropriate to that operation are completed. PSCO found an error in recording retention of 5.0m3. the previous entry for the bilge holding tank was recorded for retaining 5.5m3. There was no entry found between the two entries for the missing 0.5m3 of bilge water. PSCO witnessed sounding of the bilge holding tank during the exam. 6.7m3 of the bilge water was found to be retainedin the tank. The last entry accounting for the bilge holding tank in the ORB showed 6.2m3 retained on 20MAR2022. The missing 0.5m3 bilge water was accounted for. Correction entry was made by Chief Engineer in ORB.

07126 - Oil Accumulation in Engine Room- The purpose of this regulation is to limit the fire growth potential in every space of the the ship. For this purpose, the following functional requirments shall be met: Means of control for flammable liquids in the space shall be provided. PSCO observed a barrel used as a makeshift storage for diesel fuel collected during filter maintenance in the machninery space. Chief Engineer was instructed to properly dispose of diesel fuel to correct storage and did so accordingly.
