14104 Oil filtering ewuipment refered to in paragraph 2 of this regulation in considering the design of such ewuipment and approvals, the administration shall have regard to the specification recomeneded by the organization. the vessel's IOPP list the capacity of the vessel's OWS as 5m^3/hr. The vessel's OCM and oil record book listed the operation of the OWS on 30OCT19 four hours and two minutes in that period the oil record book states 29.2m^3 was processed through the system. Resolution: Received ABS class report satisfying the requirements and clearing 01 deficiencies. A non-conformance within the OWS will be opened and address proper sounding and ensuring proper entries are recorded in official logs.
