COAST GUARD RECEIVED REPORT THAT THE TS DELTA GROUNDED IN THE VICINITY OF WILMINGTON, DE. THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: A REPORT FROM THE RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATION (RO) VERIFYING THAT THE SHIP'S STRUCTURE AND HULL IS INTACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VESSEL'S CERTIFICATES.
