PSCOs witnessed port side liferaft accidently released and fall approximately 25 feet onto the quay wall and damaging the liferaft. 74SOLAS(14) III/20.2 17bc

Resolution: Received class report & flag endorsement attesting to satisfactory installation of 2 new 16-person liferafts to replace damaged 25-person raft. New 25-person raft will be installed at next port of call (NOLA).
