The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Vessel's mooring lines split and vessel was blown off of dock causing damage to the cargo ramp. Recognized organization to attest to repairs and full operation of vessels cargo ramp.
Action required: 40 - Rectify deficiencies prior to next US port after sailing foreign

Resolution: Stern ramp has been fully repaired and attested to by class.

Resolution: 17ac- Class surveyor inspected now operable VDR and acknowledged operable and in good working order. PSCDO reviewed report and resolved deficiency.
