RECEIVED CALL THAT CESSEL'S 9 GHZ RADAR IS INOPERABLE DIE TO DAMAGE FORM CRANE. DEMONSTRATE PROPER FUNCTION OF RADAR TO ATTENDING CLASS SURVEYOR OR PORT STATE CONTROL OFFICER PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
