Inspection and operation of all watertight closures in the hull, decks, and bulkheads including through hull fittings. MI found the pipe transit in the overhead for the STBD engine room FM200 pull cable was not watertight. Vessel filled the gap with sealant to regain watertight integrity and provided MI with photo. 46 CFR 115.802(a)(2)
