The form of the certificates shall be that of the models given in Annex III. The arrangement of the printed part of each model certificate shall be exactly reproduced in any certificates issued. The picture on the ILLC does not accurately depict what is on the side of the ship. The Fresh and Tropical lines are out of order and the certificate makes no reference to the Ice line.
